The Women’s Leadership Connection (WLC) is dedicated to empowering women and building their careers in our community and the surrounding areas to reach their goals and network with others doing the same. We want this to become an inspiring networking group that supports each other in nourishing the growth and development of your career. The WLC is a vibrant, passionate community of women who want to create a connection on multiple dimensions; personal, professional and business. It provides an encouraging and supportive meeting to have speakers who truly empower the members to succeed in all aspects of life.   Which brings us to our tagline and mission:

“Where It All begins…” It begins with you, it begins with us! We want to grow with our women’s network in Miami County so that we can come together and share ideas, experiences and celebrate each other’s accomplishments which keeps our passions alive.

Women’s Leadership Connection is held the first Thursday of the month from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at The Crystal Room, 845 W. Market Street, Troy, Ohio  

WLC also holds an annual WLC conference that encourages attendees to stretch their comfort zone and provides a unique opportunity to pause and reflect.
