A Commitment to Excellence

 The Troy Area Chamber of Commerce Teen Leadership Troy program was started in 1997 to provide a valuable learning experience with the help of and cooperation of our community's leaders. The purpose of the TLT program is to develop and enhance the leadership skills and potential of a cross selection of Troy area high school seniors through this special program designed to include curriculum components similar to the Leadership Troy program.
