The Leadership Troy sessions meet for one full day a month. Typically, the LT program meets on the third Wednesday of every month. Starting with the orientation in February and concluding with Economic Development in October. In November, you will be recognized at the annual Troy Area Chamber of Commerce recognition banquet.

The session topics covered include Troy history, City and County government, Leadership Skills, Criminal Justice, Health Issues and Services, Communications and the Media, Human Services, Education, Economic Development.
