You will explore your leadership style and develop a plan meeting goals that align with your values and passions. Graduates become part of a wonderful network of community leaders who share the goal of making our community better.

Leadership Troy is a community educational program created to increase the quality and quantity of men and women capable of accepting leadership roles in varied community organizations.

All applications must be received at the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce, 405 SW Public Square, Suite 330, Troy, Ohio 45373 by December 15th. All applicants will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by January 15th.
We must ask that participants commit to attend all NINE FULL DAY sessions of Leadership Troy. Are you and your employer willing to make such a commitment of time?

Financial assistance is available based on need. Anyone who wishes to be
considered for financial assistance must obtain a financial assistance form from the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and return the completed form with this application, or click here to fill out the form online. All applications are subject to confidential evaluations. Applicants should be aware that there may be more nominees than class size permits and candidates are selected exclusively on their own merits.
